Analysis of the impact of airway bundle care on the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage
气道集束护理在脑出血患者中对肺部感染发生率的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨气道集束护理应用于脑出血患者，对肺部感染发生率的控制效果。方法 选取我院收治的脑出血患者84例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各42例。对照组实施常规气道护理，观察组在此基础上落实气道集束护理。对比两组肺部感染发生率、误吸发生率、高热发生率、机械通气时长、住院时间。结果 观察组肺部感染、误吸、高热发生率均低于对照组，机械通气时长、住院时长短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑出血患者实施气道集束护理，可以减少肺部感染、误吸、高热等并发症发生，缩短治疗周期，适合在神经外科推广。

Abstract

Objective This study explores the effect of bundled airway care on controlling the incidence of pulmonary infections in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods A total of 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine airway care, while the observation group received bundled airway care in addition to the routine care. The incidence of pulmonary infections, aspiration, fever, duration of mechanical ventilation, and hospitalization were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group showed lower rates of pulmonary infections, aspiration, and fever compared to the control group, along with shorter durations of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing bundled airway care for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can reduce complications such as pulmonary infections, aspiration, and fever, shorten the treatment cycle, and is suitable for promotion in neurosurgery.
