The effect of meticulous nursing intervention on the prevention and control of complications in patients after interventional cardiology procedures
精细化护理干预对心内科介入术后患者并发症的防控效果

摘要

目的 分析精细化护理干预对心内科介入术后患者并发症（Complications, COMP）的防控效果。方法 将2025年1月-2026年1月接收的60例心内科介入术患者纳入研究，用抽签方式随机分为研究组与参照组，每组30例。参照组在术后实施传统护理干预，研究组在术后实施精细化护理干预，对比两组COMP指数、恢复指标。结果 研究组COMP指数6.67%低于参照组23.33%（P＜0.05）。研究组恢复指标（住院时长、下床用时、排便用时）均短于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理干预对心内科介入术后患者COMP存在显著的防控效果，能够有效预防控制COMP，加速身体恢复，实现尽早出院。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of refined nursing intervention in preventing and controlling complications (COMP) in patients after cardiac interventional procedures.
Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing cardiac interventional procedures from January 2025 to January 2026 were enrolled and randomly divided into a study group and a control group by lottery, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received conventional postoperative nursing care, while the study group received refined nursing intervention. The COMP index and recovery indicators between the two groups were compared.
Results The COMP index in the study group was 6.67%, significantly lower than that in the control group (23.33%) (P < 0.05). Recovery indicators—including hospital stay duration, time to get out of bed, and time to first bowel movement—were all shorter in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Refined nursing intervention demonstrates significant efficacy in preventing and controlling complications in patients following cardiac interventional procedures, effectively reducing complications, accelerating recovery, and enabling earlier discharge.
