The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention peri‑operative period applied to patients undergoing hysteroscopic removal of endometrial polyps
围手术期综合护理干预应用于宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术患者的护理效果

摘要

目的 探究围手术期综合照护方案运用于宫腔镜内膜息肉切除术患者的临床实际应用价值。方法 选取2025年2月-2026年2月本院收治160例接受宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉摘除手术患者作为研究对象，随机划分两组各80例。对照组开展宫腔镜常规围手术护理，观察组实施系统化综合护理干预。对比两组术前焦虑状态、术后痛感分级、不良事件发生占比及护理满意程度。结果 观察组术前焦虑分值、术后疼痛得分、观察组各类不良事件出现占比相较对照组更少，护理认同水平明显超出对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将围手术期综合护理方案落实于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉摘除术患者，能够缓解患者负面情绪，减轻术后疼痛，能够减少不良并发症出现的可能性，有效增进整体照护成效满意度，适合在妇科宫腔镜手术中推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application value of comprehensive perioperative care plan in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.
Methods 160 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy surgery in our hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups of 80 patients each. The control group received routine hysteroscopic perioperative care, while the observation group received systematic comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare the preoperative anxiety status, postoperative pain grading, proportion of adverse events, and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The preoperative anxiety score, postoperative pain score, and the proportion of various adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing identification level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a comprehensive perioperative nursing plan for patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can alleviate negative emotions, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the possibility of adverse complications, and effectively improve overall care satisfaction. It is suitable for promotion and use in gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.
