Cluster-based nursing intervention for the prevention and control of postoperative complications in patients with acute myocardial infarction
集束化护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者术后并发症的防控研究

摘要

目的 研究集束化护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者术后并发症的防控效果。方法 从本院2025年1月-2026年1月收入的急性心肌梗死患者中抽取60例，将纳入对象按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组30例接受常规护理；观察组30例接受集束化护理，对比结果差异。结果 护理后对比对照组，观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组，心功能指标结局更优，患者的综合护理满意率更高；指标对比（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论 集束化护理可为急性心肌梗死患者提供安全护理环境，有利于预防术后并发症，优化心功能，提升满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of cluster-based nursing intervention on the prevention and control of postoperative complications in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026 were selected. The included subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. 30 cases in the control group received routine care; 30 cases in the observation group received cluster-based care. The differences in the results were compared.
Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the outcome of cardiac function indicators was better, and the comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of patients was higher; the index comparison (P < 0.05), with statistical significance.
Conclusion   Cluster-based nursing can provide a safe nursing environment for patients with acute myocardial infarction, is conducive to preventing postoperative complications, optimizing cardiac function, and improving satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
