摘要
目的 探究火龙罐循经刮痧联合穴位贴敷护理风寒袭络型周围性面瘫的疗效。方法 选取2025年2月-2026年2月期间医院接收的60例风寒袭络型周围性面瘫患者为研究对象，按随机数表法分组，每组30例。对照组采取常规中医护理，研究组采取火龙罐循经刮痧和穴位贴敷联合护理，比较两组面瘫患者的临床疗效、面神经功能及中医证候积分。结果 研究组干预后的总有效率（93.33%）明显比对照组（70.00%）更高，P＜0.05。各组干预后的H-B评分、中医各证候评分均较干预前明显降低，且研究组的H-B评分、中医各证候评分均显著低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 火龙罐循经刮痧联合穴位贴敷护理风寒袭络型周围性面瘫患者的效果显著，既可显著改善其面神经功能，又可缓解因风寒痹阻、经络瘀滞引起的相关证候，护理安全可靠，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of fire dragon suction cup therapy combined with acupoint plaster application in treating peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold invading meridians type. Methods Sixty patients with wind-cold invading meridians type peripheral facial paralysis admitted to the hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional traditional Chinese medicine care, while the research group received fire dragon suction cup therapy combined with acupoint plaster application. The clinical efficacy, facial nerve function, and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group after intervention (93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%), P < 0.05. The H-B scores and TCM syndrome scores of each group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the H-B scores and TCM syndrome scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of fire dragon suction cup therapy combined with acupoint plaster application in treating peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold invading meridians type is significant. It can significantly improve the facial nerve function and relieve the related syndromes caused by wind-cold obstruction and meridian stasis. The nursing is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of promotion.
