摘要
目的 探究疼痛护理与心理护理协同干预模式在尿结石患者临床护理实践中的价值。方法 本研究以我院接收的尿结石患者26例作为样本纳入研究范畴，运用随机数字表法将其划分为两个组别，对照组13例患者采用常规护理；研究组13患者采用疼痛护理与心理护理协同干预模式。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患者的疼痛评分显著下降，且焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪评分均呈现明显降低趋势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对尿结石患者采用疼痛护理与心理护理协同干预模式能够缓解患者的疼痛感受，舒缓患者的负面情绪。

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of a collaborative intervention model of pain management and psychological care in the clinical nursing practice of patients with urinary stones. Methods This study included 26 patients with urinary stones admitted to our hospital as the sample. Using a random number table method, they were divided into two groups: the control group with 13 patients received routine care, while the study group with 13 patients received a collaborative intervention model of pain care and psychological care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the study group showed a significant decrease in pain scores, and both anxiety and depression scores showed a noticeable downward trend, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using a coordinated intervention model of pain care and psychological care for patients with urinary stones can alleviate their pain and ease their negative emotions.
