Analysis of the application of integrated training in cardiac telemetry electrocardiogram monitoring and defibrillation surgery based on OSCE assessment mode for nursing interns
分析基于OSCE考核模式的心内科遥测心电监护与除颤术一体化培训在护理实习生中的应用

摘要

目的 分析基于客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）考核模式的心内科遥测心电监护与除颤术一体化培训对护理实习生临床技能的影响。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选取我院2024年6月至2025年12月期间实习的40名护理实习生，根据培训方式不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受传统分项培训与考核，观察组接受基于OSCE考核模式的一体化培训。结果 观察组OSCE考核总分明显高于对照组，遥测心电监护操作完成时间与除颤术操作完成时间更短，异常心电图识别正确率更高（P＜0.05）。结论 基于OSCE考核模式的一体化培训可能在提升护理实习生心内科急危重症处理能力方面具有潜在价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of telemetry electrocardiogram monitoring and defibrillation integration training based on objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) assessment mode on the clinical skills of nursing interns in cardiology department.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted. A total of 40 nursing interns who practiced in our hospital from June 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different training methods. The control group received traditional sub-item training and assessment, while the observation group received integrated training based on OSCE assessment model.
Results The total score of OSCE in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the completion time of telemetry electrocardiogram monitoring and defibrillation operation were shorter, and the correct rate of abnormal electrocardiogram identification was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The integrated training based on OSCE assessment model may have potential value in improving the emergency and critical care ability of nursing interns in cardiology department.
