Study on continuity of care for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia under the medical-nursing integration model
医养结合模式下延续性护理在老年前列腺增生患者中的研究

摘要

目的 探究将医养结合框架下的延续照护方案运用于老年前列腺增生人群当中所取得的实际干预价值。方法 选取本院收治的22例老年前列腺增生病例作为观察对象，借助随机数字表实施分组处置，对照组11例落实普通护理干预；研究组11例实施医养结合模式下的延续照护服务，比对两组病例的护理实际成效。结果 相较于对照组，研究组受试者国际前列腺症状评分明显下降，自我照护各条目分值、生活质量相关指标得分均明显提升，组间数据对比具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 为老年前列腺增生群体推行医养结合导向的延续照护 ，可有效缓解其临床不适表现，促使自我照护水平与生活质量得到进一步改善。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effects of continuous nursing under the medical-nursing integrated model for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods This study included 22 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital as samples. They were divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group, consisting of 11 patients, received routine care, while the study group, also consisting of 11 patients, received continuous care under a medical-nursing integration model. The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the research group showed significantly lower International Prostate Symptom Scores, and their scores in various dimensions of self-care ability and quality of life were significantly higher, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, continuous care under the medical-nursing integration model can improve clinical symptoms, enhance patients’ self-care abilities, and improve quality of life.
