Observation on the efficacy of fire dragon cup combined with emotional and psychological care in treating thin endometrium in reproductive age women

摘要
目的 分析观察火龙罐联合情志护理对育龄女性薄型子宫内膜的疗效。方法 选取80例育龄女性薄型子宫内膜患者，来院接受治疗的时间均为2024年3月至2025年2月，入院后按照治疗方案的差异性进行分组，对照组（n=40）选择戊酸雌二醇治疗，研究组（n=40）选择火龙罐联合情志护理干预，分析比较两组的疗效。结果 相比于对照组治疗后，研究组的子宫内膜厚度、行经时间、月经失血图评分均更高（P＜0.05）。结论 采用火龙罐联合情志护理干预，能有效调节育龄女性薄型子宫内膜患者月经，促进子宫恢复正常的生理功能。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and observe the effect of fire dragon pot combined with emotional nursing on thin endometrium in women of childbearing age. Methods A total of 80 women of childbearing age with thin endometrium were selected, and the treatment time was from March 2024 to February 2025. After admission, they were divided into two groups according to the difference in treatment plan. The control group (n=40) was treated with estradiol valonate, and the study group (n=40) was treated with fire dragon pot combined with emotional nursing intervention. Results Compared with the control group, the endometrial thickness, menstrual time and menstrual blood loss chart scores in the study group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire dragon jar combined with emotional nursing intervention can effectively regulate menstruation in women of childbearing age with thin endometrium and promote the recovery of normal physiological function of the uterus.
