摘要
目的 探析中壮医外治+疼痛护理对包皮环切术患儿康复的影响。方法 选取150名包皮环切全麻术后的患儿，分为对照组（传统治疗）和观察组（中壮医外治+疼痛护理）各75人。对比观察全麻术后疼痛程度、持续时间及并发症发生率。结果 观察组全麻术后疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻，疼痛持续时间更短，并发症发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论 中壮医外治+疼痛护理能够有效缓解术后疼痛、促进康复，并减少并发症的发生，具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese and Zhuang medicine external treatment combined with pain management on the recovery of children undergoing circumcision. Methods 150 children undergoing circumcision under general anesthesia were selected and divided into a control group (traditional treatment) and an observation group (traditional Chinese and Zhuang medicine external treatment + pain management), with 75 children in each group. The degree and duration of postoperative pain and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group exhibited significantly reduced postoperative pain intensity, shorter pain duration, and lower complication rates compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine external therapy combined with pain management can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, promote recovery, and reduce the incidence of complications, demonstrating good clinical application value.
