妇科宫腔镜手术后优质护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 浅析妇科宫腔镜手术患者采用优质护理进行住院期指导，致力于提高护理服务水平。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月本院接受治疗的妇科宫腔镜手术患者60例，就诊号的奇偶性是患者分成两组的依据，单数患者组成对照组，实施常规护理，双数患者组成观察组，实施优质护理。对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组手术时间以及住院时间均短于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）不良情绪评分低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对妇科宫腔镜手术患者实施优质护理的效果显著，不仅缩短住院时间，还改善了不良情绪，护理干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To briefly analyze the guidance of high-quality nursing for patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery during hospitalization, with the aim of improving the level of nursing services.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent gynecological hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected. The odd-even number of their visit numbers was the basis for the patients to be divided into two groups. Odd-numbered patients formed the control group and received routine care, while even-numbered patients formed the observation group and received high-quality care. Compare the clinical nursing effects.
Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were both shorter than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were significant (P < 0.05). After the nursing care, the negative emotion scores of Self‑Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self‑Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery has a remarkable effect. It not only shortens the hospital stay but also improves negative emotions, and the effect of nursing intervention is definite.
