Analysis of the application of auricular point pressing beans in the nursing of allergic conjunctivitis patients
过敏性结膜炎患者护理中耳穴压豆的技术运用分析

摘要

目的 分析在过敏性结膜炎患者护理中，应用耳穴压豆的价值。方法 选取过敏性结膜炎患者30例，来院接受治疗的时间均为2024年1月至2026年1月，经随机数字表法进行分组，选择常规护理模式干预的15例患者纳入到对照组，选择常规护理模式联合耳穴压豆干预的15例患者纳入到研究组，分析比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况。结果 在总有效率方面，对照组、研究组分别为60.00%、93.33%，研究组更高（P＜0.05）。与对照组相比较，研究组的各项症状消失时间均更短（P＜0.05）。结论 应用耳穴压豆不但可显著提高过敏性结膜炎患者的临床疗效，而且可显著缩短各症状消失时间。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of applying auricular point pressing beans in the nursing of allergic conjunctivitis patients.
Methods 30 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were selected, all of whom received treatment at the hospital from January 2024 to January 2026. They were divided by random number table method. 15 patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention, and 15 patients in the study group received conventional nursing intervention combined with auricular point pressing beans intervention. The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement of the two groups were analyzed and compared.
Results In terms of total effective rate, the control group and the study group were 60.00% and 93.33% respectively, and the study group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of all symptoms in the study group was shorter (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of auricular point pressing beans can not only significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with allergic conjunctivitis, but also significantly shorten the disappearance time of various symptoms.
