The effects of Lei Huo moxibustion, a traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique, on tumor nursing
中医护理技术雷火灸用于肿瘤护理中的效果

摘要

目的 分析中医护理技术雷火灸在肿瘤护理中的效果。方法 收集我院在2025年2月份至2026年1月份收治的80例患者进行研究，通过随机平衡的方式分成了对照组和实验组，每组设定患者的数量为40例，对照组患者提供常规护理，实验组在对照组基础上提供雷火灸，对比两组患者的生活质量、中医证候积分。结果 实验组患者生活质量优于对照组，p<0.05，对比中医证候积分，实验组显佳，p<0.05。结论 为肿瘤患者提供中医护理雷火灸，可以提升患者的生活质量，改善中医证候积分，促进其恢复，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique Thunder Fire Moxibustion in tumor care.
Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2025 to January 2026 were collected for the study and were randomly and evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received Thunder Fire Moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The quality of life and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.
Results The quality of life of patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05). Comparison of TCM syndrome scores also showed better results in the experimental group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing traditional Chinese medicine nursing Thunder Fire Moxibustion to tumor patients can improve their quality of life, enhance TCM syndrome scores, and promote recovery, which is worthy of recommendation.
