摘要
目的 探究基于中医护理技术的延续性护理在老年高血压患者中的应用及其对患者中医证候和血压水平的改善效果。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年12月我院的老年高血压患者，按照不同护理方式把100例患者划分成对照组常规延续性护理，观察组基于中医护理技术的延续性护理，均50例。分析中医证候、生活质量、血压水平。结果 护理后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于中医护理技术的延续性护理后可改善老年高血压患者的中医证候和血压水平，提升生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine techniques in elderly hypertensive patients and its improvement effect on the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and blood pressure levels of patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. According to different nursing methods, 100 patients were divided into the control group (conventional continuity nursing) and the observation group (continuity nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine techniques), with 50 cases in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, quality of life, and blood pressure levels were analyzed. Results After nursing, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, and the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuity nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine techniques can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and blood pressure levels of elderly hypertensive patients and enhance the quality of life.
