慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者药物依从性影响因素及提升策略研究进展

摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, COPD)是一种高发病率、高死亡率及高致残率的慢性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量与健康预期。吸入治疗是COPD药物治疗的核心,但全球患者整体用药依从性较低,已成为影响疾病管理效果的重要因素,并增加家庭与社会经济负担。本文综述COPD患者吸入剂使用现状、影响因素及相关干预措施,以期为改善临床药物依从性提供参考。

Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic disease with high incidence rate, high mortality and high disability rate, which seriously affects the quality of life and health expectations of patients. Inhalation therapy is the core of COPD drug treatment, but the overall medication adherence of patients worldwide is low, which has become an important factor affecting disease management effectiveness and increasing the burden on families and social economy. This article reviews the current status, influencing factors, and related intervention measures of inhaler use in COPD patients, in order to provide reference for improving clinical drug compliance.
