“互联网+”在护理管理工作中的研究

摘要

目的 观察并评价“互联网+”在护理管理工作中的实际应用与现实指导意义。方法 研究采用历史对照的类实验研究设计开展，以2021年7月-2022年6月为对照组（常规护理质量管理模式）；以2022年7月-2023年7月为干预组（基于“互联网+”的护理管理模式）。对比不同管理模式下护理质量督查及分析时长、不良事件及护理人员满意度。结果 在护理质量的督查与分析时间上，干预组整体时长明显更短，与对照组相比，数值存在显著差异（P＜0.05）；此外，干预组不良事件的整体发生更少，并且护理人员对于护理管理工作的满意度更高，P均＜0.05。结论 基于“互联网+”的护理管理模式，在进一步提升护理管理工作效率的同时，降低安全风险，减少不良事件，满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective To observe and evaluate the practical application and practical guiding significance of “Internet +” in nursing management.
Methods This study adopted a historical control comparative experimental research design. The control group (conventional nursing quality management model) was from July 2021 to June 2022; the intervention group (based on “Internet +” nursing management model) was from July 2022 to July 2023. The comparison was made on the duration of nursing quality supervision and analysis, adverse events, and the satisfaction of nursing staff under different management models.
Results In terms of the duration of nursing quality supervision and analysis, the overall duration of the intervention group was significantly shorter, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.05); in addition, the overall occurrence of adverse events in the intervention group was less, and the satisfaction of nursing staff for nursing management work was higher, with P values all < 0.05.
Conclusion   The nursing management model based on “Internet +” can further improve the efficiency of nursing management, reduce safety risks, and decrease adverse events, with high satisfaction.
