紫云预警系统联合“上车即入院”模式对柳州市严重创伤性休克患者抢救成功率的影响

摘要

目的 分析紫云预警系统联合“上车即入院”模式在柳州市严重创伤性休克患者救治中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性研究,选取2023年1月至2025年12月柳州市工人医院急诊医学科接诊的严重创伤性休克患者。以2024年6月为时间节点,将此前采用常规救治流程的患者设为对照组,此后应用紫云预警系统院前预警的患者设为实验组。结果 实验组在启动创伤团队、院前急救及入院至确定性手术时间上均显著短于对照组,差抢救成功率更高(P<0.05),多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 紫云预警系统联合“上车即入院”模式能够有效打通院前与院内救治的信息壁垒,实现救治关口前移与资源配置,显著缩短严重创伤性休克患者的关键救治时间窗。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of the Ziyun early warning system combined with the “get on the bus and enter the hospital” model in the treatment of severe traumatic shock patients in Liuzhou.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted, selecting patients with severe traumatic shock admitted to the Emergency Department of Liuzhou Workers’ Hospital from January 2023 to December 2025. Using June 2024 as the cutoff point, patients treated with conventional protocols before this period were designated as the control group, while those receiving pre-hospital alerts via the Ziyun system afterward were assigned to the experimental group.
Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly shorter times for trauma team activation, pre-hospital emergency care, and definitive surgery compared to the control group, along with higher rescue success rates (P<0.05). No significant differences were observed in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) incidence (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The Ziyun early warning system combined with the “get on the bus and enter the hospital” model effectively bridges the information gap between pre-hospital and in-hospital care, enabling early intervention and resource allocation, thereby significantly shortening critical treatment time windows for severe traumatic shock patients.
