Construction of personalized nutritional program for terminally ill patients based on palliative care concept
基于安宁疗护理念的终末期患者个性化营养方案构建

摘要

目的 讨论及研究基于安宁疗护理念的终末期患者个性化营养方案。方法 选择我院在2025年1月份至2025年12月份于我院接受安宁疗护的80例患者进行研究，依据随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，各40例，对照常规营养支持，实验组为基于安宁疗护理念的个性化营养支持，对比两组患者干预前后的营养状态、生活质量。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预策略后，实验组患者的营养状态优于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者的生活质量，实验组高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对安宁疗护患者提供安宁疗护理念的个性化营养方案，可以有效的改善患者的营养状态，提升其生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study a personalized nutritional program for terminally ill patients based on the palliative care concept.
Methods Eighty patients who received palliative care in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nutritional support, while the experimental group received personalized nutritional support based on the palliative care concept. The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.
Results After different intervention strategies were provided, the nutritional status of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05). The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing personalized nutritional programs based on the palliative care concept to patients receiving palliative care can effectively improve their nutritional status and enhance their quality of life.
