Construction of the nursing evaluation index system for critically injured patients based on the time window of emergency trauma care
基于急诊创伤护理时间窗的重症创伤患者护理评价指标体系构建

摘要

目的 构建一套基于急诊创伤护理时间窗的重症创伤患者护理评价指标体系。方法 成立研究小组，通过系统文献检索筛选与急诊创伤护理时间窗相关的护理措施及评价指标；对32名急诊、ICU及创伤康复领域一线护理人员进行半结构式访谈，补充完善指标条目；采用层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果 最终构建的评价指标体系包含3项一级指标、10项二级指标、28项三级指标。一级指标权重依次为0.412、0.358、0.230。结论 构建的基于急诊创伤护理时间窗的重症创伤患者护理评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可行性，可为急诊创伤护理质量评估提供参考。

Abstract

Objective To establish a set of evaluation index system for the care of critically injured patients based on the time window of emergency trauma care.
Methods A research team was formed, and relevant nursing measures and evaluation indicators related to emergency trauma care time window were screened through systematic literature search; semi-structured interviews were conducted with 32 front-line nursing staff in emergency, ICU, and trauma rehabilitation fields to supplement and improve the index items; the weights of each level of indicators were calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.
Results The final evaluation index system consists of 3 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 28 third-level indicators. The weights of the first-level indicators are 0.412, 0.358, and 0.230 respectively.
Conclusion   The established evaluation index system based on the time window of emergency trauma care for critically injured patients is scientifically and practically sound, and can provide a reference for the assessment of emergency trauma care quality.
