Analysis of the application effect of the one-stop service model for AIDS prevention in Meizhou city
梅州市艾滋病防治一站式服务模式的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在梅州艾滋病防治中采取艾滋病防治一站式服务模式的管理价值。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月梅州市实行艾滋病防治一站式服务的艾滋病病毒筛查阳性人员226例为观察组，以2017年1月至2018年12月未接受一站式服务的艾滋病病毒筛查阳性人员240例为对照组，对比防治效果以及依从性。结果 观察组艾滋病病毒阳性转介成功率等防治效果对照组，且观察组依从良好性优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 艾滋病防治一站式服务模式应用可提高初筛效果和防治效果，及时确保阳性人员及时接受专业治疗和干预，同时该法可以保障患者的依从性。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the management value of the one-stop AIDS prevention and treatment service model in Meizhou.
Methods A total of 226 HIV-positive individuals who received the one-stop service in Meizhou from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group, while 240 HIV-positive individuals who did not receive the one-stop service from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the control group. The prevention and treatment effects and compliance were compared.
Results The observation group showed better prevention and treatment outcomes, such as higher HIV-positive referral success rates, compared to the control group. Additionally, the observation group exhibited better compliance, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the one-stop AIDS prevention and treatment service model can improve initial screening and overall prevention and treatment effects, ensuring timely professional treatment and intervention for positive individuals. This approach also helps maintain patient compliance.
