Construction and practice of weight management nursing pathways for patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis complicated with obesity
高脂血症型胰腺炎合并肥胖患者的体重管理护理路径构建与实践

摘要

目的 构建实施一套针对高脂血症型胰腺炎合并肥胖患者的体重管理护理路径，评估实践效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2026年1月本院50例高脂血症型胰腺炎合并肥胖患者，随机分为两组，各25例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组构建体重管理护理路径并实施。对比护理效果。结果 研究组干预后体重、身体质量指数、甘油三酯及总胆固醇水平及复发率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对高脂血症型胰腺炎合并肥胖患者构建并实施标准化体重管理护理路径，可有效控制患者的体重以及血脂水平，降低胰腺炎复发风险，具有临床应用和推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To construct and implement a weight management nursing pathway for patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis complicated with obesity, and to evaluate the practical effect.
Methods Fifty patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis complicated with obesity in our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the research group constructed and implemented the weight management care pathway. Compare the nursing effects.
Results After the intervention, the levels of body weight, body mass index, triglycerides and total cholesterol, as well as the recurrence rate in the study group were all lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Constructing and implementing a standardized weight management nursing pathway for patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis complicated with obesity can effectively control the weight and blood lipid levels of patients, reduce the risk of pancreatitis recurrence, and has clinical application and promotion value.
