Application of one department one specialty characteristic nursing in self-management of type 2 diabetes patients
一科一品特色护理在2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析一科一品特色护理在2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院于2025年2月-2026年2月收治的86例2型糖尿病患者进行研究，随机分成对照组与观察组，各43例。给予对照组常规护理干预，观察组应用一科一品特色护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的自我管理能力评分、血糖指标控制情况、并发症发生率以及护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 一科一品特色护理可有效提升2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力，优化血糖控制效果，降低并发症发生风险，提高患者的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of one department one specialty characteristic nursing in the self-management of type 2 diabetes patients.
Methods 86 type 2 diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received one department one specialty characteristic nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The self-management ability score, blood glucose control situation, complication occurrence rate, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   One department one specialty characteristic nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability of type 2 diabetes patients, optimize the blood glucose control effect, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
