摘要
目的 构建适配老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的专科护理路径，提升临床护理精准度与患者护理体验。方法 选取我院2025年1月-12月内分泌科住院的76例老年T2DM患者，随机纳入实施常规护理的38例对照组与构建的专科护理路径干预的38例试验组。比较患者护理后的血糖指标、护理满意度状况。结果 出院前1 d，两组患者空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平较护理前均有所下降，且试验组下降幅度显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者护理满意度评分较护理前均有提升，且试验组评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于老年患者阶段性护理需求构建的专科护理路径，可有效改善患者血糖控制水平，提升护理满意度，效果较好。

Abstract
Objective To construct a specialized nursing pathway suitable for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and improve the accuracy of clinical nursing and patients' nursing experience. Methods 76 elderly T2DM patients admitted to the endocrinology department of our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group (38 cases) receiving routine care and an intervention group (38 cases) following the constructed specialized nursing pathway. The blood glucose indicators and nursing satisfaction of the patients after care were compared. Results One day before discharge, the fasting blood glucose (FPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels of both groups were lower than those before care, and the decrease in the intervention group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction scores of both groups improved compared with those before care, and the score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The specialized nursing pathway constructed based on the phased nursing needs of elderly patients can effectively improve the level of blood sugar control, enhance nursing satisfaction, and the effect is good.
