人文关怀视角下糖尿病一科一品护理干预实践研究

摘要

目的 探讨人文关怀视角下糖尿病一科一品护理干预实践效果。方法 选取本院收治的62例糖尿病患者，分为对照组和干预组，对照组执行常规护理，研究组围绕人文关怀理念开展一科一品护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 干预3个月后，干预组自我管理行为总分显著高于对照组，空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 融入人文关怀的一科一品护理干预模式能够有效提升2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为能力，改善血糖控制水平，体现了以患者为中心的优质护理理念。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of one department and one product nursing intervention under the perspective of humanistic care in the diabetes department.
Methods 62 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the intervention group. The control group received routine care, while the research group carried out one department and one product nursing based on the concept of humanistic care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After 3 months of intervention, the total score of self-management behavior in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The one department and one product nursing intervention model integrated with humanistic care can effectively improve the self-management behavior ability of patients with type 2 diabetes, improve the blood glucose control level, and reflect the quality nursing concept centered on patients.
