Study on the preliminary role and value of operating room nursing mode based on ERAS concept in total hip arthroplasty patients
基于ERAS理念手术室护理模式在全髋关节置换术患者中应用初步作用和价值研究

摘要

目的 本文旨在探讨基于加速康复外科（ERAS）理念的手术室护理模式在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用价值，力求为临床研究提供坚实的理论与实践基础。方法 研究期限设定为2023年8月至2024年8月。选取此期间院内收治的90例全髋关节置换术患者作为样本，按照45例/组的比例，利用电脑随机法进行分组。参照组接受常规护理，而研究组则在常规护理基础上，实施基于ERAS理念的手术室护理。最终，评估并比较不同护理方案的应用效果。结果 干预后发现，研究组患者在各项手术指标、并发症发生率、Harris和Barthel评分方面体现，均显优参照组，P值＜0.05。结论 在全髋关节置换术患者的临床护理中，融入基于ERAS理念的手术室护理模式被视为最佳策略。该模式不仅能显著提升患者的康复速度，还能有效改善髋关节功能，并降低并发症的发生率，其应用价值显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the application value of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS)-based operating room nursing models in total hip arthroplasty (THA) patients, providing a solid theoretical and practical foundation for clinical research.
Methods The study period was from August 2023 to August 2024. A sample of 90 THA patients admitted during this period were selected as subjects, with groups divided into 45 cases per group using computerized randomization. The control group received standard care, while the study group received ERAS-based operating room nursing in addition to standard care. The effectiveness of different nursing approaches was ultimately evaluated and compared.
Results Post-intervention analysis revealed that patients in the study group demonstrated superior outcomes in various surgical indicators, complication rates, and Harris & Barthel scores compared to the control group, with P values <0.05.
Conclusion   Integrating ERAS-based operating room nursing models into clinical care for THA patients is considered the optimal strategy. This approach not only significantly accelerates patient recovery but also effectively improves hip joint function and reduces complication rates, demonstrating significant practical value worthy of promotion.
