A study on the improvement of urinary function in patients with urinary tract diseases by combining moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine dietary care
艾灸联合中医饮食护理改善泌尿患者排尿功能研究

摘要

目的 探讨艾灸联合中医饮食护理对泌尿系统疾病患者排尿功能的改善效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年12月本院收治的80例排尿功能异常患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上联合艾灸干预与中医饮食护理，比较两组排尿功能恢复时间、残余尿量及排尿功能评分。结果 观察组排尿功能恢复时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组残余尿量明显少于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组排尿功能评分显著高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 艾灸联合中医饮食护理应用于泌尿系统疾病患者，可有效改善排尿功能，加速康复进程，临床价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese dietary care on the urination function of patients with urinary system diseases.
Methods A total of 80 patients with abnormal urination function admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received moxibustion intervention and traditional Chinese dietary care in addition to routine care. The recovery time of urination function, residual urine volume, and urination function score were compared between the two groups.
Results The recovery time of urination function in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); the residual urine volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the urination function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese dietary care in patients with urinary system diseases can effectively improve urination function, accelerate the rehabilitation process, and has significant clinical value.
