摘要
目的 研究分析小儿哮喘护理中循证护理干预的应用效果。方法 2025年1月-12月儿科收治小儿哮喘患儿80例，以抽签方式分配，对照组采取常规护理，观察组应用循证护理干预，分析效果。结果 病症相关指标、哮喘并发症发病率、健康行为、预后疾病复发率等统计后两组比对，观察组上述指标良好（P＜0.05）。结论 为小儿哮喘患儿提供护理服务，循证护理干预的实施可对患儿病症缓解并降低哮喘并发症发病率，有良好护理干预效果。

Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of children with asthma. Methods From January to December 2025, 80 children with asthma admitted to the pediatric department were randomly assigned by drawing lots. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The effects were analyzed. Results After statistical analysis of disease-related indicators, the incidence of asthma complications, health behaviors, and the recurrence rate of the disease after prognosis, the observation group showed better results in all these indicators (P <0.05). Conclusion In providing nursing services for children with asthma, the implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention can alleviate the symptoms of the children and reduce the incidence of asthma complications, demonstrating a good effect of nursing intervention.
