A study on the value of psychological resilience support combined with a nursing program based on the theory of behavioral change in patients with facial burns
心理弹性支持结合基于行为转变理论的护理方案在颜面部烧伤患者中的价值研究

摘要

目的 分析颜面部烧伤患者采取心理弹性支持结合基于行为转变理论的护理方案效果。方法 选取66例颜面部烧伤患者，研究过程中脱落6例，最终纳入60例，随机分为观察组（心理弹性支持结合基于行为转变理论的护理方案）和对照组（常规护理）各30例，对比效果。结果 观察组心理健康水平、社交回避及苦恼评分低于对照组，伤残接受度评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 心理弹性支持结合基于行为转变理论的护理方案可有效改善颜面部烧伤患者心理健康，降低社交回避程度，提升伤残接受度与生活质量，效果理想。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological resilience support combined with a nursing program based on the transtheoretical model of behavior change in patients with facial burns.
Methods Sixty-six patients with facial burns were selected. Six patients dropped out during the study, leaving a final sample of 60, which was randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases) receiving psychological resilience support combined with a nursing program based on the theory of behavior change, and a control group (30 cases) receiving routine nursing. The effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The scores of mental health, social avoidance and distress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of disability acceptance and quality of life were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological resilience support combined with a nursing program based on the transtheoretical model of behavior change can effectively improve mental health, reduce social avoidance, enhance disability acceptance and quality of life in patients with facial burns, with satisfactory outcomes.
