Research on the application of comfortable nursing in the operating room of artificial joint replacement surgery for elderly femoral neck fractures
老年性股骨颈骨折人工关节置换术手术室舒适护理应用研究

摘要

目的 分析手术室舒适护理在老年性股骨颈骨折人工关节置换术中的应用效果与临床价值。方法 选取我院接受人工关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者60例，随机分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例），对照组采取手术室常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上增加全过程舒适护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组在手术中的应激反应更轻以及术后并发症更少，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 老年人在进行老年性股骨颈骨折人工关节置换手术中，对其实施手术室舒适护理可以有效减轻患者的身体不适感，缓解焦虑、紧张的情绪，降低身体应激反应，有效保障手术的安全性与护理质量，具有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect and clinical value of operating room comfort care in the artificial joint replacement surgery for elderly femoral neck fractures.
Methods Sixty elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent artificial joint replacement surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases). The control group received routine nursing in the operating room, while the observation group received full process comfort nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group had a milder stress response during surgery and fewer postoperative complications, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In elderly patients undergoing artificial joint replacement surgery for elderly femoral neck fractures, providing comfortable care in the operating room can effectively alleviate the patient's physical discomfort, relieve anxiety and tension, reduce physical stress reactions, and effectively ensure the safety and quality of care of the surgery. It has high clinical value.
