摘要
目的 探讨基于护患共管的预防护理模式应用在经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术患者中的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年6月在本院进行经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术治疗的患者60例，应用随机数字表法将所有患者平均分为两组，对照组30例患者采用常规护理模式，观察组30例患者在常规护理的同时采用护患共管的预防护理，2个月后进行应用效果对比。结果 干预后，观察组患者发生胆汁性腹膜炎、胆管感染、胆漏、腹腔内出血等并发症的发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 护患共管的预防护理能降低行经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术治疗患者的并发症的发生，提高护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of a preventive nursing model based on nurse-patient co-management in patients undergoing percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD). Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent PTBD in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected. Using a random number table, all patients were evenly divided into two groups. The control group (30 patients) received conventional nursing, while the observation group (30 patients) received preventive nursing based on nurse-patient co-management in addition to conventional care. The application effects were compared after 2 months. Results After the intervention, the incidence of complications such as biliary peritonitis, biliary tract infection, bile leakage, and intra-abdominal hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing based on nurse-patient co-management can reduce the occurrence of complications in patients undergoing PTBD and improve nursing satisfaction.
