Research on the value of high-quality perioperative care in interventional surgery for elderly patients with peripheral vascular disease
老年周围血管疾病患者介入手术治疗中进行围术期优质护理的价值研究

摘要

目的 观察探析围术期优质护理在老年周围血管疾病患者介入手术治疗中的应用效果与临床价值。方法 选取2025年1月-12月本院收治的86例老年周围血管疾病患者为探究对象。随机分为对照与观察两组各43例。对照组围术期给予常规护理干预；观察组给予优质护理干预。对比两组患者围术期并发症发生率、术后康复相关指标。结果 观察组患者围术期并发症发生率显著低于对照组，且术后康复相关指标优于对照组，相关数据对比分析，差异明显均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对老年周围血管疾病患者围术期给予优质护理服务，可有效降低不良事件发生率，提高护理安全性，促进患者术后康复。

Abstract

Objective To observe and explore the application effect and clinical value of high-quality perioperative nursing in the interventional surgical treatment of elderly patients with peripheral vascular diseases.
Methods 86 elderly patients with peripheral vascular disease admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Randomly divided into two groups, control and observation, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions during the perioperative period; The observation group received high-quality nursing interventions. Compare the incidence of perioperative complications and postoperative rehabilitation related indicators between two groups of patients.
Results The incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and postoperative rehabilitation related indicators were better than those in the control group. Comparative analysis of relevant data showed significant differences with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing high-quality perioperative nursing services for elderly patients with peripheral vascular disease can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve nursing safety, and promote postoperative recovery.
