摘要

目的 系统综述老年呼吸疾病护理胜任力培养的教学模式研究进展,为护理教育改革提供循证依据。方法 检索PubMed、CNKI、Web of Science等数据库中2015-2025年发表的老年呼吸疾病护理教学相关文献,采用主题分析法对教学模式、评价体系及实施效果进行系统梳理。结果 老年呼吸疾病护理需整合呼吸专科技能与老年综合评估能力,现有教学模式包括案例教学、PBL(Problem-Based Learning)、情景模拟、翻转课堂、虚拟仿真及多学科联合教学等,客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)是评价岗位胜任力的有效工具。结论 未来应构建以健康老龄化需求为导向、以岗位胜任力为核心、以信息化技术为支撑的递进式教学模式,建立与临床结局相衔接的多维评价体系。

Abstract

Objective To systematically review the research progress of teaching models for competency-based training in geriatric respiratory nursing, and to provide evidence-based references for nursing education reform.
Methods Relevant literature on geriatric respiratory nursing education published between 2015 and 2025 was retrieved from databases including PubMed, CNKI, and Web of Science. Thematic analysis was used to systematically synthesize the teaching models, evaluation systems, and implementation outcomes.
Results Geriatric respiratory nursing requires the integration of respiratory specialty skills and comprehensive geriatric assessment capabilities. Existing teaching models include case-based learning, problem-based learning (PBL), scenario simulation, flipped classroom, virtual simulation, and multidisciplinary collaborative teaching. The objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is an effective tool for evaluating competency.
Conclusion   A progressive teaching model should be established in the future, guided by the needs of healthy aging, centered on competency, and supported by information technology, along with a multidimensional evaluation system linked to clinical outcomes.
