摘要
血液透析是临床治疗肾衰竭的常用手段,能够辅助清除体内有害物质和多余水分。但透析治疗过程较为繁琐,尤其是腹膜透析对患者的自理能力要求较高。长期透析还可能带来心理问题,影响患者的依从性和整体效果。近年来,人工智能技术在医疗护理领域快速发展,目前已在智能穿戴设备、远程监测系统、虚拟现实辅助治疗等方面有广泛应用,可为患者提供更为便捷、个性化的护理服务,展现出较好的应用前景。本研究旨在分析在透析患者的护理工作中融入人工智能,探讨其在护理管理中的应用价值、背景和意义。

Abstract
Hemodialysis is a common treatment method for renal failure in clinical practice, which can assist in removing harmful substances and excess water from the body. However, the dialysis treatment process is rather cumbersome, especially for peritoneal dialysis, which requires high self-care ability from patients. Long-term dialysis may also cause psychological problems, affecting patients’ compliance and overall effectiveness. In recent years, artificial intelligence technology has rapidly developed in the medical care field and has been widely applied in smart wearable devices, remote monitoring systems, and virtual reality-assisted treatment, providing more convenient and personalized nursing services for patients and showing promising application prospects. This study aims to analyze the integration of artificial intelligence in the nursing work of dialysis patients and explore its application value, background, and significance in nursing management.
