Evaluation of emergency nursing effectiveness in patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
重症有机磷农药中毒患者行急诊急救护理效果评价

摘要

目的 观察对重症有机磷农药中毒患者开展急诊急救护理的作用。方法 在本院2024年4月-2025年8月重症有机磷农药中毒患者中选择76例为对象，数字表随机抽样均分2组，对照组（38例）急救期间进行常规护理，观察组（38例）进行急诊急救护理。对两组急救效率、并发症进行统计。结果 急救环节效率，观察组各环节用时短于对照组（P<0.05）。并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对重症有机磷农药中毒患者进行护理过程中可以开展急诊急救护理，从多个维度提升对该部分患者急救效率，迅速稳定患者病情，降低并发症发生率，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of emergency and critical care nursing on patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
Methods A total of 76 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to August 2025 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group (38 cases) received routine nursing care during emergency treatment, while the observation group (38 cases) received emergency and critical care nursing. The emergency treatment efficiency and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results In terms of emergency treatment efficiency, the observation group had shorter durations in each stage than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Emergency and critical care nursing can be implemented in the nursing process for patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, improving emergency treatment efficiency from multiple dimensions, rapidly stabilizing the patients' conditions, reducing the incidence of complications, and facilitating patient recovery.
