导管室介入治疗中护理配合流程优化与实践研究

摘要

目的 探究导管室介入治疗中护理配合流程的优化策略及临床实践效果。方法 选取2025年1月至12月导管室收治的100例介入治疗患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规导管室介入护理配合流程，涵盖术前准备、术中配合、术后交接等基础环节；实验组实施优化后护理配合流程，基于循证护理理念，整合术前精准评估与准备、术中精细化协同配合、术后规范化交接与随访，优化各环节衔接节点、明确护理职责、强化风险防控。结果 实验组手术时长、术前准备时长显著短于对照组（t=8.624、9.357，P均<0.05）；实验组护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组（χ2=4.332，P<0.05）；实验组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组（χ2=4.914，P<0.05）。结论 优化后的导管室介入治疗护理配合流程可有效缩短手术相关时长，降低护理不良事件发生率，提升患者护理满意度，规范护理操作流程，凸显护理协同创新价值，值得在临床导管室推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate optimization strategies for nursing coordination processes in catheterization room interventional therapy and evaluate their clinical efficacy.
Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing interventional therapy in the catheterization room from January to December 2025 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group followed the conventional catheterization room interventional nursing coordination process, covering basic steps such as preoperative preparation, intraoperative collaboration, and postoperative handover. The experimental group implemented an optimized nursing coordination process based on evidence-based nursing principles, integrating precise preoperative assessment and preparation, refined intraoperative collaboration, standardized postoperative handover and follow-up, optimized transition points between steps, clarified nursing responsibilities, and enhanced risk prevention.
Results The experimental group exhibited significantly shorter operative duration and preoperative preparation time compared to the control group (t=8.624,9.357; P<0.05); the incidence of adverse nursing events was significantly lower in the experimental group (χ2=4.332, P<0.05); and patient nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group (χ2=4.914, P<0.05).
Conclusion   The optimized catheterization room interventional nursing coordination process effectively reduces operative duration, lowers the incidence of adverse nursing events, improves patient satisfaction, standardizes nursing procedures, and highlights the innovative value of nursing collaboration, making it worthy of widespread clinical application in catheterization rooms.
