Analysis of the role of the detailed care model in patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period and its impact on psychological state
细致化护理模式在精神分裂症恢复期患者中的作用及对心理状态的影响程度分析

摘要

目的 探讨细致化护理在精神分裂症恢复期患者中的应用价值，分析其对患者心理状态的改善作用，为临床护理提供实践参考。方法 纳入我院精神科70例精神分裂症恢复期患者，对照组采用常规精神科护理，观察组实施细致化护理，对比两组干预前后效果。结果 干预前两组各项指标无显著差异（P＞0.05）；干预后，观察组精神分裂症阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）各维度评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均显著低于对照组，社会再适应评定量表（SRRS）心理康复评分、生活质量各维度评分及服药依从率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 细致化护理可有效改善精神分裂症恢复期患者精神症状与心理状态，提升生活质量及服药依从性，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of detailed nursing care in patients with schizophrenia during the recovery phase, analyze its effect on improving patients’ psychological status, and provide practical references for clinical nursing.
Methods A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia in the recovery phase from the psychiatry department of our hospital were enrolled. The control group received conventional psychiatric nursing care, while the observation group received detailed nursing care. The effects before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results No significant differences were observed in any indicators between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the Schizophrenia Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) subscale scores, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRRS) psychological rehabilitation scores, quality of life subscale scores, and medication adherence rates were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Detailed nursing care can effectively improve psychiatric symptoms and psychological status in patients with schizophrenia during the recovery phase, enhance quality of life and medication adherence, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
