摘要
目的 分析个体化护理指导对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘（Autogenous arteriovenous Fistula, AVF）维护效果的影响。方法 选取我院2024年1月至2025年12月期间行维持性血液透析的110例糖尿病肾病患者，根据护理记录，将接受常规护理指导的患者纳入对照组，将接受个体化护理指导的患者纳入观察组。结果 观察组患者的AVF并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，AVF血流量更高，患者的护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 个体化护理指导能够有效降低糖尿病肾病透析患者AVF相关并发症风险，维持更稳定的内瘘血流量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing guidance on the maintenance of autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) in maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods 110 patients with diabetes nephropathy who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected. According to the nursing records, patients receiving routine nursing guidance were included in the control group, and patients receiving individualized nursing guidance were included in the observation group. Results The total incidence of AVF complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with higher AVF blood flow and higher patient satisfaction with nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing guidance can effectively reduce the risk of AVF related complications in dialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy, and maintain a more stable internal fistula blood flow.
