摘要
医学检验专业课融入课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。本文从教学目标重构、内容挖掘、方法创新、评价体系完善等角度，分析其在培养学生职业素养、医德医风、社会责任感等方面的作用。实践表明，通过挖掘检验技术发展史中的爱国精神、案例教学中的伦理准则、实验操作中的严谨态度等思政元素，可实现知识传授与价值引领的统一，为培养德才兼备的检验人才提供参考，同时指出当前存在的融合深度不足、师资能力待提升等问题并提出优化路径。

Abstract
The integration of ideological and political education into medical laboratory courses is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. This article analyzes its role in cultivating students' professional ethics, medical ethics, and social responsibility from the perspectives of teaching goal reconstruction, content mining, method innovation, and improvement of evaluation system. Practice has shown that by exploring ideological and political elements such as patriotism in the development history of inspection technology, ethical standards in case teaching, and rigorous attitudes in experimental operations, the unity of knowledge transmission and value guidance can be achieved, providing reference for cultivating inspection talents with both morality and ability. At the same time, it points out the current problems of insufficient integration depth and the need to improve teacher capacity, and proposes optimization paths.
