Analysis of the impact of psychological nursing on anxiety status, sleep quality, and quality of life of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
心理护理对重症监护室重症患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究分析心理护理对重症监护室重症患者焦虑状态,睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法 回顾性收集2024年12月-2025年12月本院ICU收治的84例患者临床资料。依据护理方式不同分为参照组与观察组各42例。参照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在参照组的基础上给予心理护理干预。结果 观察组患者焦虑状态评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分均显著优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 重症监护室患者病情危重，受治疗环境及疾病预后不确定性等因素影响，易产生强烈心理应激，不利于病情康复。因此，对患者实施及时、有效的心理干预，可有效缓解其焦虑情绪，改善睡眠质量，进而提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of psychological nursing on the anxiety state, sleep quality, and quality of life of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
Methods Retrospective collection of clinical data from 84 patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025. According to the computer randomization method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.
Results The anxiety status score, sleep quality score, and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Patients in the intensive care unit are in critical condition and are susceptible to strong psychological stress due to factors such as treatment environment and uncertain disease prognosis, which is not conducive to their recovery. Therefore, timely and effective psychological intervention for patients can effectively alleviate their anxiety, improve their sleep quality, and ultimately enhance their quality of life.
