Research on the exploration and integration strategies of ideological and political elements in the core courses of medical laboratory technology
医学检验技术专业核心课程思政元素的挖掘与融入策略研究

摘要

在高等教育全面推进课程思政建设的背景下，医学检验技术专业作为培养临床检验人才的核心阵地，其核心课程的思政建设对培育德才兼备的医学人才具有关键意义。本文通过文献研究与案例分析相结合的方法，系统挖掘了医学检验技术专业核心课程中蕴含的职业道德、科学精神、社会责任及人文关怀四大类思政元素，并从课程设计优化、教学方法创新、实践环节渗透及评价体系重构四个维度，提出针对性的融入策略。研究旨在实现专业教育与思政教育的有机融合，为提升医学检验人才培养质量提供理论支撑与实践路径。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of comprehensively advancing the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education in higher education, integrating ideological and political elements into the core courses of medical laboratory technology has become crucial for cultivating medical talents with both moral integrity and professional competence. Through a combination of literature research and case analysis, this paper systematically explores four categories of ideological and political elements embedded in the professional courses, namely professional ethics, scientific spirit, social responsibility, and humanistic care. It further proposes targeted integration strategies from four dimensions: optimizing curriculum design, innovating teaching methods, infiltrating practical links, and reconstructing evaluation systems. The research aims to realize the organic integration of professional education and ideological and political education, and provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the quality of medical laboratory talent cultivation.
