The impact of whole-course nursing intervention based on the concept of healthy behavior interaction on knee joint function of patients with tibial plateau fractures
以健康行为互动理念为框架的全程护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能的影响

摘要

目的 探究基于健康行为护理理念的全程护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能的影响。方法 将2025年10月-2026年3月我院骨科收治的80例胫骨平台骨折患者纳入研究范围，在电脑随机分组下平均纳入对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组以骨外科常规方案进行干预，研究组在对照组基础上实施以健康行为互动理念为框架的全程护理干预，比较两组患者康复效果及干预前后膝关节功能评分，并统计两组恢复时间。结果 在康复效果比较上，研究组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组干预前膝关节肝功能各维度评分未观察到显著差异（P>0.05），干预后均提升且研究组提升幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用以以健康行为互动理念为框架的全程护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者进行干预，能有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention based on the concept of healthy behavior care on the knee joint function of patients with tibial plateau fractures.
Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our orthopedic department from October 2025 to March 2026 were included in the study. Under the random computer grouping, 40 patients were included in the control group and 40 patients in the study group. The control group received intervention based on the conventional surgical plan, while the study group received whole-course nursing intervention based on the framework of the concept of healthy behavior interaction. The rehabilitation effects and knee joint function scores before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared, and the recovery time of the two groups was statistically analyzed.
Results In the comparison of rehabilitation effects, the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of knee joint function before the intervention between the two groups (P>0.05), and after the intervention, both groups improved, and the improvement amplitude of the study group was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Using the whole-course nursing intervention based on the framework of the concept of healthy behavior interaction to intervene patients with tibial plateau fractures can effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
