Integrated management of anesthesia and nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in the recovery room
麻醉护理一体化管理在复苏室高龄全身麻醉手术患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉复苏室（Post-Anesthesia Care Unit,PACU）高龄全身麻醉手术患者中的临床应用价值。方法 于湖北省中西医结合医院2025年2月至2026年2月期间行全身麻醉手术的高龄患者中筛选100例入组研究，随机分为对照组50例（常规护理干预）和观察组50例（麻醉护理一体化管理），比较两组患者的麻醉恢复指标、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组PACU转出延迟率、入室低温率均低于对照组，麻醉苏醒时间短于对照组，Steward苏醒评分高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组较对照组并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 对PACU高龄全身麻醉手术患者实施麻醉护理一体化管理，可有效改善麻醉恢复质量，降低并发症风险，适合临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application value of the integrated management of anesthesia and nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in the anesthesia recovery room (PACU).
Methods From February 2025 to February 2026 in Hubei Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, 100 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery were selected for the study and randomly divided into the control group (50 cases, conventional nursing intervention) and the observation group (50 cases, integrated anesthesia nursing management). The anesthesia recovery indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.
Results The PACU transfer delay rate and room entry hypothermia rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the anesthesia awakening time was shorter than that in the control group, and the Steward awakening score was higher than that in the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing integrated anesthesia nursing management for elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in the PACU can effectively improve the quality of anesthesia recovery and reduce the risk of complications, and it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
