Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for ear acupoint pressure beans in patients with hypertension
耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用

摘要

目的 验证耳穴压豆中医护理对高血压病患者的应用效果，评价其应用价值。方法 根据研究要求选取2025年4月-2025年10月时间段内收治的高血压患者共138例，编号后随机抽签均分两组，对照组69例实施常规高血压护理，观察组69例在常规护理基础上实施耳穴压豆中医护理，对比两组患者的血压水平、睡眠质量以及不良反应发生率。结果 护理管理实施后，观察组患者血压水平及睡眠质量显著改善，指标数据对比有统计学差异（P<0.05），同时应用耳穴压豆中医护理并未增加不良反应发生率（P>0.05）。结论 针对高血压患者实施耳穴压豆中医护理能够有利于控制高血压，改善睡眠质量，同时不会导致不良反应，具有应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To verify the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing with ear acupressure on patients with hypertension and evaluate its application value.
Methods According to the research requirements, a total of 138 hypertensive patients admitted between April 2025 and October 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group (69 cases) received routine hypertension care, while the observation group (69 cases) received ear acupressure traditional Chinese medicine care on the basis of routine care. The blood pressure levels, sleep quality, and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After the implementation of nursing management, the blood pressure level and sleep quality of the observation group patients significantly improved, and there was a statistical difference in the comparison of indicator data (P<0.05). At the same time, the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for ear acupressure did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing ear acupressure and traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with hypertension can help control hypertension, improve sleep quality, and not cause adverse reactions, which has practical value.
