Influence of emotional nursing on negative emotion of breast cancer patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation
情志护理对肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者负性情绪的影响研究

摘要

目的 观察对肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者开展情志护理对患者负性情绪的影响。方法 回顾性纳入2024年2月至12月进行常规护理肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者46例（对照组），并回顾2025年1月-10月进行情志护理的肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者46例（观察组）。对两组患者负面心理评分以及心理弹性进行对比。结果 负面心理评分，观察组护理后低于对照组，（P<0.05）。心理弹性评分，观察组护理后高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在对肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者进行护理的过程中开展情志护理，可以缓解患者负面情绪，增加患者心理弹性，帮助患者在治疗期间可以保持较为积极、乐观的心态，建立康复的自信心，减少治疗期间负面心理对患者造成的影响。

Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of emotional nursing on negative emotions of patients with breast cancer of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type.
Methods 46 cases of breast cancer patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation who received routine care from February to December 2024 (control group) were retrospectively included, and 46 cases of breast cancer patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation who received emotional care from January to October 2025 (observation group) were retrospectively included. Compare the negative psychological scores and psychological resilience of two groups of patients.
Results Negative psychological scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing care, (P<0.05). The psychological resilience score was higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing care, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Emotional nursing in the process of nursing breast cancer patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation can alleviate patients' negative emotions, increase patients' psychological resilience, help patients maintain a more positive and optimistic attitude during treatment, establish rehabilitation self-confidence, and reduce the impact of negative psychology on patients during treatment.
