Application of stepwise Baduanjin based on information platform in patients with acute myocardial infarction after operation
基于信息化平台的阶梯式八段锦在急性心肌梗死患者术后的应用

摘要

目的 探讨基于信息化平台的阶梯式八段锦在急性心肌梗死患者术后康复中的应用效果，为临床术后康复干预提供科学依据与实践参考。方法 选取2024年6月1日至2025年6月30日期间我院住院的60例急性心肌梗死术后患者，以A病区患者为对照组（30例），B病区患者为干预组（30例）。对照组给予急性心肌梗死术后常规治疗和护理，干预周期为3个月；干预组在对照组基础上，开展基于信息化管理平台的阶梯式八段锦康复锻炼，涵盖住院期间及居家康复全程。比较两组患者干预前后的心功能分级、6分钟步行试验距离、生活质量评分及安全性评价（再次心肌梗死、恶性心律失常、心力衰竭等不良事件发生率）。结果 干预后，干预组心功能总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80%（P＜0.05）；6分钟步行距离干预组为（404.63±31.70）m，长于对照组的（361.33±22.45）m（P＜0.001）；生活质量评分干预组（72.48±5.74）分，高于对照组（64.83±7.77）分（P＜0.001）。结论 基于信息化平台的阶梯式八段锦可有效改善急性心肌梗死患者术后心功能，提高运动耐力和生活质量，且安全性良好，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of stepwise Baduanjin based on information platform in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and to provide scientific basis and practical reference for clinical postoperative rehabilitation intervention.
Methods A total of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction after operation who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 were selected. Patients in Ward A were taken as the control group (30 cases), and patients in Ward B were taken as the intervention group (30 cases). The control group received routine treatment and nursing after acute myocardial infarction operation, with an intervention cycle of 3 months; on the basis of the control group, the intervention group carried out stepwise Baduanjin rehabilitation exercise based on the information management platform, covering the whole process of hospitalization and home-based rehabilitation. The cardiac function classification, 6-minute walk test distance, quality of life score and safety evaluation (incidence of adverse events such as re-myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, heart failure, etc.) of the two groups were compared before intervention, 1 month and 3 months after intervention.
Results After intervention, the overall effective rate of cardiac function in the intervention group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The 6-minute walking distance was (404.63±31.70) m in the intervention group, significantly longer than (361.33±22.45) m in the control group (P<0.001). The quality of life score of the intervention group was (72.48±5.74) points, obviously higher than (64.83±7.77) points of the control group (P<0.001).
Conclusion   Stepwise Baduanjin based on information platform can effectively improve the postoperative cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction, improve exercise tolerance and quality of life, with good safety, and has high clinical promotion value.
