The application of painless plantar blood collection technology in the detailed nursing of neonatal blood collection and its impact on neonatal pain and family satisfaction
无痛足底血采集技术在新生儿采血细节护理中的应用及对新生儿疼痛及家属满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析无痛足底血采集技术在新生儿采血细节护理中的应用，判断对新生儿疼痛、家属满意度的影响。方法 选择我院在2024年1月份至2024年12月份进行足底采血的60例新生儿进行研究，平均分成对照组和实验组，每组30例，对照组为常管理，实验组无痛足底血采集技术方式下细节护理，对比两组新生儿疼痛、家庭满意度以及新生儿采血反应情况。结果 实验组患儿的疼痛反应更轻，p<0.05，对比家属满意度，实验组更高，p<0.05，分析新生儿采血反应，实验组更短，p<0.05。结论 选择无痛足底血采集技术，在新生儿采血细节护理中，可以减轻其疼痛程度，提升家属的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of painless foot blood collection technology in neonatal blood collection nursing and evaluate its impact on neonatal pain and family satisfaction.
Methods A total of 60 newborns undergoing foot blood collection at our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected for the study. The participants were evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group (each with 30 cases). The control group received standard care, while the experimental group received detailed nursing under the painless foot blood collection technique. Comparative analysis was conducted on neonatal pain responses, family satisfaction, and blood collection reactions between the two groups.
Results The experimental group exhibited significantly milder pain responses (p<0.05). Family satisfaction was higher in the experimental group (p<0.05). Neonatal blood collection reactions were also shorter in the experimental group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of painless foot blood collection technology in neonatal blood collection nursing can effectively reduce pain levels and enhance family satisfaction.
