络合碘消毒联合低位抽吸与改良式美皮康覆盖在急诊皮肤清亮水泡护理中的创新应用与效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨络合碘消毒联合低位抽吸与改良式美皮康覆盖在急诊患者皮肤清亮水泡护理中的创新应用效果。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年6月我院急诊科收治的60例皮肤清亮水泡患者，采用随机数字表法分为实验组（30例）和对照组（30例）。实验组采用络合碘消毒联合低位抽吸与改良式美皮康覆盖护理；对照组采用常规护理。比较两组创面愈合时间、换药次数、疼痛评分及色素沉着发生率。结果 实验组创面愈合时间短于对照组，换药次数少于对照组，视觉模拟量表（Visual Analogue Scale,VAS）评分低于对照组，色素沉着发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 络合碘消毒联合低位抽吸与改良式美皮康覆盖方法的应用，可加速创面愈合、减少换药次数，降低疼痛感，降低并发症发生率，临床应用效果好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the innovative application effect of chelated iodine disinfection combined with low suction and modified Meipi Kang coverage in the care of clear skin blisters in emergency patients.
Methods Sixty patients with clear skin blisters admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases) using a random number table method. The experimental group used chelated iodine disinfection combined with low-level suction and improved Meipikang coverage nursing; The control group received routine nursing care. Compare the wound healing time, dressing change frequency, pain score, and incidence of pigmentation between two groups.
Results The wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group, the VAS score was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of pigmentation was lower than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of chelated iodine disinfection combined with low suction and improved Meipi Kang coverage method can accelerate wound healing, reduce dressing changes, lower pain, and reduce the incidence of complications, with good clinical application effects.
