Observation of the clinical application effect of humanistic care in the nursing of laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery
人文关怀在腹腔镜小儿疝气手术护理中的临床应用效果观察

摘要

目的 分析腹腔镜小儿疝气手术护理中采取人文关怀护理的效果。方法 此次研究对象为本院在2024年1月-2025年1月期间收治的60例腹腔镜小儿疝气手术治疗患儿。以随机数字表法分为常规组及实验组，每组30例，其中常规组采取常规护理，实验组行人文关怀护理。对比两组术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，实验组术后疼痛评分显低（P＜0.05），并发症发生率显低（P＜0.05）。结论 于腹腔镜小儿疝气手术护理中应用人文关怀，能够有效减轻患儿的术后疼痛，减少并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of adopting humanistic care in the nursing of laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery.
Methods The subjects of this study were 60 children who underwent laparoscopic hernia surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received humanistic care nursing care. Compare the postoperative pain levels and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly lower postoperative pain scores (P<0.05) and a significantly lower incidence of complications (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of humanistic care in the nursing of laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and reduce the occurrence of complications in children, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
