Implementation and effectiveness of nursing measures for hip fracture patients under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery
加速康复外科理念下髋部骨折患者护理措施的落实与效果研究

摘要

目的 研究探讨加速康复外科理念下髋部骨折患者护理措施的落实与应用效果。方法 于2025年2月至2026年2月收治80例髋部骨折患者入院，结合随机对照试验（Randomized Controlled Trial, RCT）设计原则，设为对照组（共计40例，予以常规外科护理）、观察组（共计40例，基于常规外科护理基础之上予以加速康复外科理念下护理）。记录患者术后恢复时间，统计住院期间有无并发症。结果 观察组首次排气时间、初次经口摄食时间、下床时间、总住院时间比对照组短（P<0.05）；观察组住院期间发生的并发症比对照组少（P<0.05）。结论 加速康复外科理念下髋部骨折患者护理措施的高效落实能快速促进患者康复，降低并发症。

Abstract

Objective To study and explore the implementation and application effect of nursing measures for hip fracture patients under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery.
Methods From February 2025 to February 2026, 80 patients with hip fractures were admitted to the hospital. Based on the principles of randomized controlled trial (RCT), they were divided into the control group (40 cases, receiving routine surgical nursing) and the observation group (40 cases, receiving enhanced recovery after surgery nursing based on the routine surgical nursing). The postoperative recovery time of patients was recorded, and the occurrence of complications during hospitalization was statistically analyzed.
Results The first exhaust time, the first oral feeding time, the time to get out of bed, and the total hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); the number of complications during hospitalization of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The efficient implementation of nursing measures for hip fracture patients under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery can quickly promote patient recovery and reduce complications.
