摘要
目的 探析精细化护理在断指再植术后的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月至2025年6月期间，院内50例接受断指再植手术患者的病历资料。2024年1月至2024年9月的25例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组。2024年10月至2025年6月的25例患者接受精细化护理，作为观察组。对比两组手部功能状态及并发症发生率。结果 干预前两组密歇根州手功能评估问卷（Michigan Hand Outcomes Questionnaire,MHQ）评分对比，P＞0.05。干预后观察组MHQ评分高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 精细化护理可显著改善患者手部功能状态及并发症发生率，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in finger replantation surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 50 patients who underwent finger replantation surgery in the hospital from January 2024 to June 2025. From January 2024 to September 2024, 25 patients received routine care as the control group. From October 2024 to June 2025, 25 patients received refined care as the observation group. Compare the hand function status and incidence of complications between two groups. Comparison of MHQ scores between the two groups before intervention, P＞0.05. Results After intervention, the MHQ score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Fine nursing can significantly improve the functional status of patients’ hands and the incidence of complications, and is worthy of promotion and application.
